Getting my daughter on a bike used to mean strapping her in a rear seat where she saw nothing but my back. Now she's up front between my arms, pointing at every dog and tree, asking a million questions. She went from tolerating bike rides to actually asking to go. The grip handles are the perfect size for her hands, and I can feel her holding on instead of just sitting there. We've done three long rides already and she's been awake for all of them.

I was skeptical about a front-mount seat that wasn't $400+. The install took maybe five minutes with the included wrench just clamped it on, checked it didn't wiggle, done. Build quality is way better than the photos suggest. The padding on the ring is thick enough that my son (almost 3) doesn't complain about bumps, and the footrests actually keep his feet in place instead of dangling. One small note: make sure the rubber clamp pads are in the right spot the first time or you'll be tightening it twice.

My wife and I used to split bike duty because one of us would be too tired to deal with the screaming or the boredom. Now we both actually want to ride because he talks our ears off the whole time. He can see where we're going, he points things out, he feels like he's actually part of the ride instead of just being transported. The red grips match his little bike at home so he feels like he's got his own controls. Best money I've spent on getting him off a screen.
